1. Knowledge: Centralize and Retrieve Your Data Instantly (#) ​

The Knowledge feature is your gateway to creating and accessing curated repositories of information, known as Knowledge bases or Collections. These act as the AI’s tailored reference library, rooted in the data you define.

Building a Knowledge Base ​

  1. Head to the "Knowledge" section within your Workspace.
  2. Click the + icon to initiate a new Knowledge base.
  3. Name your Collection: Choose a clear, memorable name (e.g., "Client Campaign Briefs" or "Product Dev Specs").
  4. Define its Purpose: Add a detailed description of its intent. (Heads-up: While content inside remains fully editable, the initial description is locked after creation, so make it count!)

Your Knowledge bases will be neatly listed for quick access and management.

Populating Your Knowledge Base ​

Once a Knowledge base is set up, enrich it with content using the + options:

  • Upload Files: Add individual documents (PDFs, TXT, DOCX, etc.).
  • Upload Directory: Import all compatible files from a selected folder on your device in one batch.
  • Sync Directory (Advanced!): Link a local folder to your Knowledge base for continuous updates—any changes locally reflect automatically.
  • Add Text Content: Directly input or paste text to create new entries within the Knowledge base.

You can edit, update, or remove individual content pieces within a Knowledge base at any time.

Activating Knowledge in Conversations (The Power of #) ​

  1. Type # in the chat input field.
  2. A dropdown of your Collections (Knowledge bases) will appear.

  1. Navigate to the "Prompts" section in your Workspace.
  2. Click + to start a new Prompt.
  3. Title / Command: Assign a short, intuitive name that doubles as the command to invoke it (e.g., summarize, draft-email, debug-code).
  4. Prompt Content: Write the full instruction text, using placeholders for dynamic input with double curly braces: .
